My pink petunia plants' leaves are showing signs of extreme magnesium deficiency. Oddly, it is not affecting the purple petunias.
No matter how much Calmag I add, it doesn't help.
I plan to keep these until the Coleus and Snaptinis are up, then I may start another batch of petunias to replace these.

Does your CalMag have iron in it, Sher? It's really puzzling that only the pinks are affected. (But you know that.)

Yes, lynnee, it has iron in it.
I think I am going to switch to the 3 part dry mix nutrients I used in my grow tent and other hydroponics vegetables in Georgia when my current supply of AG nutrients is used up. I can adjust the amount of calcium, nitrogen and magnesium in them -- plus it is MUCH cheaper. (It is also a pain to mix!)
i also can add chelated iron, if needed.
