I finally made a place for the Fairy Tale eggplant Bounty.
It's not beautiful, but it is in a kitchen corner, hidden behind an attractive shelf unit, so you don't see it unless you are actually in that corner.
I took a wood crate, turned it on its side, and secured it to my little canned food storage cart with zip ties. Not only did it give me a place to put the Bounty, but it gave me a much needed additional storage cubby.
The eggplants' leaves were mottled from a nutrient imbalance. I am still tryjng to learn to work with my extremely hard water. I am hoping they will do fine in the Bounty.

Sher, that corner cubby looks fabulous! My eggplants developed mottled leaves as they matured and needed more nutes. They responded well to the addition of CalMag in the recommended amount of 3-5 ml per gallon of water. The mottled leaves may not green up, but future leaves shouldn't be mottled.

lynnee, I added Calmag when I transplanted them, and they are already looking better.
Thank heavens for the knowledge on this forum!
