I've had these two Serrano plants going (more or less) since March, so I guess they're six months old now. I've just recently started to harvest.

I originally planted three peppers in this garden: 2 serranos and one lemon drop. The Lemon Drop died, of course, because I'm fated to never be successful growing Lemon Drops, but the two serranos more or less thrived.
Which is to say that one of them has grown about a foot and a half, and the other is stunted at a few inches but spreading faster than my waistline.
I get enough peppers out of the "big" plant to satisfy a need for a pepper or two every once in a while, but I've been generally disappointed in these two.

That does sound slow and disappointing. Maybe the Lemon Drop affected them.

I'm getting bored with this garden. It keeps producing a small number of serranos, albeit not enough to be interesting.
I think sometime in the coming week, I'm going to terminate this garden. I've got a "Black Betty" pepper plant that needs a new home.

Big harvest the other night, went into the smoker and adobo sauce.
Harvested a couple that just turned red today and put them in tonight's dinner.
Starting to suspect this has a mite infestation - getting cobwebs on some branches. I think I'm going to have to terminate this by the coming weekend.
Well, I have some Brazilian Moruga looking for a new forever home.

Terminated after a modest final harvest.
Gonna Clorox the heck out of it before replanting.
