I'm not sure where I will put the bok choy when it starts getting big. But I will make places for them!
They looked hungry, so I added a little more nutrients.

The bok choy is coming along. Unfortunately, it will stay small in the Harvest.
Plant lights are really bothering my eyes, so I have decided not to move them into Kratky.

The bok choy was too crowded to grow the way I like to eat it in a Harvest. So I thinned them to two plants per Harvest (and ate the two runts).
Now they are producing the bigger leaves that I dearly love to graze on.

It is amazing how fat and prolific bok choy gets when you limit it to 2 per Harvest!
