OK folks, what is the best way to store greens? Next Sunday, I will harvest the two pac choi plants I planted May 1. I don't want to eat it that quickly. I'm used to taking what I need for each meal. But I plan on taking the whole plant and replanting the same day for both plants. Are those greens spinner Tupperware type container the best idea?

I have always wrapped lettuce leaves in a damp towel and then place it in the fridge.

I wrap my greens in paper towels, put them in a large zip lock bag (ideally) or Saran wrap, then put then in the refrigerator. They last many days that way.
The paper towels keep them from getting wet and starting to rot.
