Hello all, just joined from nebraska. I just picked up a second hand aerogarden bounty. Wasnt sure what kind of condition it would be in as i talked the seller down to 80 bucks for it. To my surprise, it was new and never even taken out of box. Even had all the seed pods in it. Plan to do lettuce on the first grow. Quick question, inside the water tub, there is a clear tube thing with a small metal piece on the inside on one side. It was just loose in the bottom, and done see it mentioned anywhere in instructions where it goes, can anyone explain or post a pic? Thanks

Hello and Welcome! That is the float for the water level. There should be a black piece that says Fill to here too, Give me 5 minutes and I will add a quick (yet shaky) YOu may have to move the button to scroll thru |

Oh, wow! I've never seen that disassembled! Mine have always come with that pre-assembled, and I didn't even know it could be taken apart!

When I clean the unit I always make sure there is nothing in there. Just twist it off and when putting it back together be sure the silver part is down.
