Khang Star's video popped up on my feed and I took a look. This is how he grows lettuce. However I wonder if I agree or not. Obviously it works but if we do not add water or the amount he says I think I would totally forgot in all my units

I agree with you, Shawn. Although I'm in favor of saving electricity and water by not running an AG for ungerminated seeds, Khang Star's method makes the growing process too fiddly and complicated! All of my own AG experiments (e.g., strawberries, celery) are directed toward finding a way to make things grow and produce with minimum attention. The principal beauty of an Aerogarden is that you can start it up, and then forget about it until a light goes on to remind you to change the water and add nutrients!  |
