If the stars align I may get a nice Aerogarden salad.
Harvest XL growing non Aerogarden lettuce - getting nice lettuce from this.
Bounty Basic growing Santa Fe Grande Peppers - 3 turning from dark orange to red.
Farm 24 XL growing San Marzano Tomatos - one tomato turning from green to red.

Very tasty.
The stars did align.
Roughly chopped the lettuce. Mixed with homemade oil/vinegar dressing. Topped with one chopped San Marzano tomato and one newly red Santa Fe Grande pepper seeds removed.
Aftertaste of the oil/vinegar, tomato, bell pepper, slight spice.

Too bad you didn't take a photo! Sounds wonderful!  I did not take a picture of the salad but I do have photos of stuff growing in the Aerogardens.
I usually run a home server to host pictures and have had issues getting it running again.
