Grow Light Panels (AG or otherwise?)

I'm assuming I'm going to have the cops at my door at some point. Top floor in the city makes my lights extremely visible. I hope they like salad, cause I don't allow what they'll be looking for in my apartment.   I heard a story once where a guy called the police department and offered to let them come check what he was growing whenever they wanted. Not sure if that is true or not.

My 24" T5 came with one light not working, but a little surgery repaired it. One wire had come loose and it worked fine once I pushed it in all the way. Right now it's hanging out in my storage room since it's spot has been taken over by Ultras. It worked great when I was using it.

I've got a 24w LED bulb but it's not enough to do much. I've got it pointed at a 12" container of carrots, so we'll see how that goes.
