I received a 2019 Bounty Aerogarden as a gift. The post that supports the light module has USB connectors attached to both ends. When I assembled the unit, I found that the lights do not turn on. After further investigation, I noticed that the USB connector at the bottom of the post was wiggly, and could be pushed in back and forth. Later, when I was examining the post, and extending it to its full length, the USB piece slid into the tubing of the post’s bottom section! Obviously it hadn’t been properly secured at the time of manufacture. Has anyone experienced this? Does AeroGarden have replacement parts? The machine is totally useless in this condition.

Aerogarden has a warranty on their products. I would contact them for a replacement part.
