I planted one grow anything pod with Brussels Sprouts in my first set of things in my Farm24XL. It was one of a few to not grow at all with the white fungus on it.
So I have a 1' extension (from NewHeroTech) for my Bounty and I'm getting crazy planting Brussels Sprouts. I'm using grow sponges from Urban Leaf. Since I did not have good luck previously I started 5 pods when I want 2. Three were sprouting in the first week and I did not wait on the other two. Now at almost two weeks I have three 2" plants.
Not sure this will turn out well but a Bounty with a 3' grow height can make you crazy.
The 3 Bountys I have are the Basic model with 30w lights.
My first thought when I got the extension was that I needed to get the Elite with the 50w light. But I look at the nice green pepper plants taking up the whole space on a couple Bounty Basics and I decide it is not urgent to upgrade.

Please post some photos of your Brussels Sprouts, tompepper7! I really love following other people's bizarre AG growing projects! How big do Brussels Sprouts plants get? How many days to maturity?

How big do Brussels Sprouts plants get? How many days to maturity? The package states "seedlings emerge in 10-21 days". Mine were sprouting at about 5 days.

Two feet high, one foot spread--yes, those Brussels sprouts should be doable in a Bounty! How exciting! Maturity in 85-110 days means you'd better be patient, tompepper7!

A bit of a papa bear, mama bear, baby bear thing going on here. The largest plant has leaves about 50% larger than the next larger. The next larger plant has leaves about 50% larger than the smallest. The plants are about 2.5"-4.5" tall @ 22 days.

Post some pics, would love to see Sooner or later I will get something going for pics.
In the meantime four weeks in, replaced with fresh water and nutrients. The large plant has leaves almost as large as my hand, the next largest has leaves as big as my palm, and the smallest plant needs to be moved somewhere else.

The largest plant now has numerous large leathery leaves (that smell of Brussels sprouts) that would be mittens if sewed together.
The Aerogarden light is about 15" from the base now and I think I will actually get Brussels sprouts.

Today I noticed some little bumps growing on the top of the leaf stems on the bottom 5 levels of leaves of the large plant. Not yet on the smaller one.
These seemed like they could be the Brussels Sprouts so I watched a time lapse video on YouTube and sure enough they are. The time lapse shows that at some point the leaves wilt off leaving the Brussels Sprouts (still growing). The time lapse video showed 147 days with the bottom levels starting sprouts. My Bounty says I am at 50 days.

The largest sprout is now about the size of a small dried pea. A few others are half that size. That is on the largest plant. The smaller plant (easily half the size) has just a small bump or two. A few of the lower leaves have been turning yellow (like in the time lapse video I saw on YouTube) so I just remove them. All seems well at 78 days.

It's fascinating, hearing about how Brussels sprouts develop!

Well.......
It seems I have killed the Brussels sprouts by over fertilizing. I originally started using a 10-10-10 fertilizer with what I thought might be a 5-5-5 volume. I had done that a couple time and everything was fine. The last time I accidentally mixed the low volume on the container (more than I had been adding) and within two days the leaves began wilting. As soon as I wondered what was wrong I realized what I had done.
