When seeds are slow-germinating, are the plants slow-growing, too?
Usually my slow-germinating seeds are ones planted in AG seed kits that are a year or more beyond their sell-by dates. Right now I have some very slow-developing lettuces and a tomato, all from old AG kits. I'm wondering whether it's the seeds or the room conditions that are hindering the growth?
