23-02-05 - Let's Get Growing!

Baby steps, as they say. I want to start up some gardens. Life is busy. Today, I set up a Harvest Elite with the seed starter tray and just a bunch of sponges. No seeds. I want the sponges to ben thoroughly soaked and ready for new seeds!
So, that's what I did today...along with about a zillion "life" things. Cleaned and organized the aux pantry...got the makings of a delicious dinner -- pot roast, carrots, PEELED potatoes and boiling onions...and there will be rolls too -- for Mikey's "last supper" before liquid only diet that starts at midnight. Ugh. Nothing worse than a hungry (hangry?) Mikey! Ah, well, we've survived it before and we'll get thru it again.
Back to the AG plans...I'm thinking greens, herbs and flowers. Maybe some microgreens too. One tiny step at a time!
