I bought my first unit, the Ultra, and set it up on Saturday. It hasn't even sprouted yet, but I'm beyond excited and now I really like the way the Stainless Harvest Elite looks. I like it because it's round and compact and perfect for a lettuce harvest. I searched the forums, some say it looks like a kitchen pot, but since I'm sitting it on the kitchen island, that's perfect! So this morning I bought it!
This is ALL I'm buying, pinkie swear it is. Um hmmmm, sure it is. Well that new 360 will look pretty spiffy on my counter, I have all kinds of ideas for it and I'm the queen of justification, just ask my family.
I have a feeling I made need a twelve step program. I haven't been this excited since I started making sourdough bread, which is another addiction. If anybody is interested in making sourdough, I'm your girl. A little off topic, but making sourdough is really fascinating.
