I've only used my 360 Harvest Elite for two plantings and it has always been difficult to get the up and down arrows to work.
Today I can't get them to work at all after it sets the clock. I can press the leaf and set the clock, but then when I press the leaf again and it tells me to scroll the up and down arrow buttons, nothing happens, they won't scroll.
Can someone give me some insight? I hope my unit isn't broken, but it's not looking good...

I need to go look at the manual to refresh my memory but they are sensitive. How long have you had your unit? Have you contacted AG? if under warranty they will replace if there is indeed an issue.
I will look later today, I have a busy morning or I would look now.

You can no longer call them, you have to email them I get an automated response which says 2-3 business days to contact me. However, my husband kept messing with the green leaf and the scroll buttons and finally was able to scroll. I still believe there is a glitch but excited that we got it working.

daisybelle, I hate the buttons on the Harvest Elite, because they are hard to figure out at first (leaf, clock, leaf, scroll, leaf, etc.), and the scrolling is also balky. I've discovered that the scroll buttons like a light touch. If you press them hard, they are balky, but if you just touch them they will usually scroll. Does AG still have the chat feature available? When it's there, it's the fastest way to reach them.
