What machine will you be using? While it grows about 10" in height, please note that the spread of this is 12" wide. Do if you use a Sprout I would plant only one pod. While in a large machine, maybe only 3.
With that said, I only grew lettuce Once, so take what I say as my opinion only until others respond LOL

Yes, I saw that about the spread of this particular type of lettuce and that’s what made me want to ask. Not planting yet (no room, lol) ... just looking forward! 😊

Buttercrunch has been grown successfully. You may want to just try it planting about 3 pods and see what the project will do. I love that name "Dynamite" . It would make a great "Following" project ,for sure.
