Has anybody tried a Root Farm?
They are fairly basic. $150 plus you need to buy a light at $109. Their light is identical to the AG 45w light panel.
I ask cause my larger ventures become root bound in a bounty (and I don't like the AG farm series).
These suckers have a whopping 6 gallon bowl!

I have not and didn't even notice the Bounty pricing. That would make me suspicious.
However, I know that Aerogarden had the bucket listed for about $75.99 in April (I don't have a photo hosting site set up but I have a screenshot from a FB group with that pricing)

Yes, slw, I've been looking at these deep water systems for some time. My melons in a 1 gallon bounty suffers from being root bound towards the end of its life cycle. I think if I went to one of these 5 gallon systems, I would probably get larger melons or a couple more per plant. |

I wonder if this place is legit ¿¿ The pail is $59.89 out the door. $5 dollars higher than listed guess taxes and handling , free shipping. A 40 watt bounty for $92 , I did not check out the door price. That is tempting. Buy with Pal-pal and your protected. hmmmmmmmm........ I need to smack myself silly I already have 8 bountys. o myyyyyy |

The copy on their website/about calls their website another name, a good sign that they recently registered the new domain to escape the bad reputation of a previous name. I would advise against ordering from them. |
