Is anyone else having a problem loggin into the app?
When on the Signin screen, enter the email and psw and hit ok and nothing happens

It's working fine for me. I keep my account logged in so I haven't had to log in in a while now, though.

Mine is saying "Abnormal server" right now (Friday 12/22/23, 10:30 am PST). Oh well.  |

From AG support earlier today:
We are sorry you are having connection issues. Our Tech Team is currently working on a server migration issue. Did you receive an account migration notice via email?
and then:
Thanks for trying the troubleshooting! Yes, our Tech Team is working to implement a fix for the server errors. Thank you for your patience with us at this time, and ask that reach out to us if the gardens are not reconnecting in the next few days. We apologize for this inconvenience, and assure you, we are doing our best to get all gardens reconnected.

My gardens were all offline earlier today, when I first thought to check them. They'll probably come back online without my having to do anything, as has happened in the past, but it can be days or weeks. It does seem to be a matter of which AG server stores our particular accounts. Hopefully they'll move all of our frequently affected accounts to a brand-new server. |
