I'm going back to making Micro Greens in a Mason Jar. I just ordered some Broccoli and Radish seeds. You just put seeds in the mason jar and soak them overnight. You dump the water refill it and rinse the seeds and dump the water. You do that twice a day for 4-5 days and you have a quart jar full of micro greens. You just keep them in the room, not under a light or in the dark. The last couple of days put the near a light or in the windowsill to green them up. I use this microgreen wide mouth screen for the job. You add water, then the screen prevents the seeds from escaping when you dump the water. After you dump the water each rinse, turn the jar on its side and roll the jar to spread the seeds to cling to the side of the jar.

I used to grow sprouts that way in a very small 1-BR apartment!
