Started Broccoli and Radish seeds soaking in a Mason jar today. The jar will be full of microgreens in 5 days.

That is such an easy way to grow sandwich sprouts! I like the "feet" on your sprouter lid.

Yes, I bought those a couple years ago. I couldn't find them in my storage room. So I ordered similar ones, I couldn't find the same one's on Amazon. Then I get them, and I find them in storage. The old ones have 4 feet. The new ones have 3. The new ones have shorter feet, as well. Just my luck.
The new ones come with solid caps to use when the sprouts are grown, though. Now I'd like some lightweight plastic pint jars that have wide mouth screw tops to put the sprouts in to take to work. I don't like carrying glass jars.

I started these Sunday, and the jar is 2/3 full already.

The Broccoli and Radish Sprouts are done. Nice broccoli flavor and the radish sprouts are spicy! Yum. I had to go overboard with the sprouts on a pastrami, baby swiss, sprouts on toasted 5-seed Carb-Smart bread with butter and homemade peppered mayo. This whole sandwich has about 10 grams carbs. The sandwich looks yummy!

These look awesome. Do you de-hull them somehow? I usually try to remove (most of) the husks by submerging them in water, but it's never 100% successful. Just curious.

I transferred the sprouts to another jar after the picture above. I use tongs to pull them out of the jar. I bring over a trash can for this. As I pull some out, I shake it over the trash can. There are still a lot of hulls, but I eliminated at least a third of them.
I found these last longer if you continue to rinse them every day. I hope that works out.
