I’m ready to empty out my 3 Farms and 1 Sprout to replant. I know that I need to clean them out thoroughly, but what do I do to essentially “reset” the garden - specify different plants and have it recognize that it’s back to “day 1”?

When you go to the menu, there is an option to start a new garden. (Might say Quick Plant) At that point you will be able to put in all your new settings and the growth time and feed schedule will be reset automatically.
