I've just finished my second planting in my two Farms. The 12XL water level is accurate - shows as Full. The 24XL water levels are off - one shows Medium and one shows Low. Both sides have more than enough water. Is there anything I can do to try to fix this? The pump on the Low water side sounds like it's running, but the pump schedule keeps getting changed to just 5 minutes on even though I manually set it to 60 on.
TIA

Roots or other debris has probably clogged the water sensor.

finallyinseattle, there is a quirk in the 12XL, and maybe all Farms, that you should know about, even though your problem this time was roots clogging the sensor. In the Farm 12XL, you must always connect the water sensor BEFORE you plug the whole thing in. If you disconnect and reconnect the water sensor with the Farm plugged in, the water sensor won't work--I think it reads "Full" all the time. Nobody has this problem with a brand-new Farm, because the assembly instructions tell you to connect the water sensor at some point before they say to plug the assembled Farm in.

I too find that the roots even against the float cover can affect the levels on the display.

I always disconnect the water bowl (pump and sensor) to clean the tank and never unplug the Farm. I replace the cleaned and refilled tank and plug the two wires back in and everything works fine. I'll have to keep a closer eye on that.

slw, do you have an Aerovoir or other automatic tank filler in place that would disguise the fact that the water level indicator always reads "Full"? That's what happened to me. I wrote to AG about the Farm 12XL water level indicator that was giving me the wrong reading even though there were no roots blocking the float. They wrote back that the water level cord had to be connected before the Farm was plugged in, and doing that fixed my water level indicator. No kidding. It could very well be that AG has fixed this issue in Farms now, or that it's a known glitch in some batches of Farms. They had a bunch of faulty Farm 12XLs, I know.

Nope; I water the old fashioned way! I guess I haven't paid much attention to it since I am constantly topping off the gardens.
