Spinach round two

Still experimenting with growing spinach. I have added 2 more gardens to give myself room for lots of errors with my follies growing spinach. I did wind up with a week of no salads so added another garden. I now have 5 gardens growing salad/spinach. I have 2 of 3 spinach gardens doing 10 hours of light. Seems to work well but a solid 4 weeks before harvest. My 3rd spinach garden is running default 16 hours of light but only 20 watts of led power. At 5 weeks 1 plant bolted. The other 2 gardens  are starting to stand up more vertical so I am wondering if they are about to bolt too. Remains to be seen but mmmmmmmmmm delicious experiment.
