Thanks for that information, slw! I recently unsubscribed to the AG newsletter, because it was nothing but ads for products I already own. Guess I'd better sign up again! The App Store says the MiracleGro AG app is expected June 26. You can sign up for an automatic download, though. In the meantime, my existing iOS app returns an "abnormal server" message and doesn't open. It looks like the PTB have already disabled the old app. That's the message I used to get when the AG servers were offline.  |

The new Aerogarden app is available for both iOS and Android now. It installed perfectly, and recognized all of the AGs that I have connected at present. I think that you have to reinstall any photos that you had added to identify your gardens, though. I'm ok with that--just relieved that I didn't have to set up the AGs again from scratch. |

Aerogarden just sent an app announcement email with this breezy observation: My Farm 12XL models seem to be supported, but my Farm Plus (double-wide Farm) seems to be a "Classic Farm". I may also have a "Classic Harvest", but am not sure. Just ducky for folks with stacked older Farm models.  |

So I have the new app. FIrst my Farm XL was on it but not my Basic. I couldn't get the basic on. I tried to add and nada. I tried to unpair but it will not unpair. I contacted AG and they told me I have to unpair and repair and I explained I cannot do that so I gave up.
THis morning BOTH my units are there 🤷🏼♀️🤦♀️

The new app seems to have reset the "Add Plant Food" timer on my two active Farm 12XL gardens to "Add in 14 Days". The "Days Planted" timer was NOT reset, and is showing the correct figure. My Bounty Elites are showing the correct figures for both timers. Check your established gardens to make sure that your settings are correct in the new app!  |

App seems better than the last, this one is actually sending me notifications when the AG needs food/water.

I finally got to use the new app after bringing several gardens back online. So far it seems like an improvement over the old version. One thing that bugs me is that my garden list does not appear in any particular order. I named them all consistently (Bounty1, Bounty2, etc.) so that they would be listed in order but apparently that doesn't matter.  Small thing but as you all know I am ridiculously anal so it bugs me. I am not big on apps so I probably won't use it anyhow, except to reset clocks as needed.
Maybe I should just rename them all randomly, like "Chuck" or "Gladys." Hmmm.
