Generally I'm able to get over a year out of my tomato plants before I replace them.
At what point should I think about replacing my pepper plants? I'm in my second harvest.

Pepper plants are perennials, so they can keep producing for many years. The basic green pepper, capsicum annuum, should produce for 3 or more years, golddustpeak. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsicum_annuum I keep my peppers going for as long as they're producing, or until I get tired of them and want to try a different pepper or veggie in my AG.
