Given the time they were made, I don’t think they’d accommodate tall arm machines, do you? Maybe I can just leave the middle shelf out.

If any parts are missing, ebay will give you the money back and seller pays for return shipping, or you can get a discount.
(his feedback does have negatives, though and he has only sold 218 items)
As for size(height), I imagine you can fit 1 tall machine up top and 2 smaller machines below(harvest and or sprout, but it does not fit even the ss6! I did not realize the smaller height space.
But my real concern is with those shelves..are the machines just sitting on them or are they secured onto them somehow...and...if they are secured, will the holes/notches be compatible with the current machines.
It may be trouble if they are not. Water everywhere!
My walls were sheetrock-ed and I am afraid to put that weight on them.That is a lot of waterweight!
But those are my personal concerns..if you want it..finally here is one for sale...go for it. |

You can call AG and ask them if those wall units will hold the Tall machines. Many of them are there long enough to know. I had called last year to ask if they planned on selling them again and at the time they were none.

I called AeroGarden, and did not ask the questions about what the shelf holds but did ask if they were planning on bringing a wall shelf. While at this time they do not I also asked if they were thinking about a 60W hood to replace the Extra/Ultra/Bounty one. They said no. She added that the Farm is 60W and actually the 60W hood needs to be at least 4" or more from the plants because it is so strong. She told her in the Preliminary Stages in their 5 year plan they are looking to come out with a Cabinet Type AG, like an armoire that will have panels on top and on the sides that will be able to grow one Full size Tomato Plant (5 feet tall) and it will be able to be closed with the doors. Another thing they are looking into is something to grow Sprouts (ie, bean, alphafa). I was unclear if this would have a light unit, might not.  It is not to say these will happen but they are being looked at now. Lastly they are looking at redesigns of current units. I did mention I hope better quality keeping the price point reasonable. |

 An armoire..... more $$$$ for furniture ...that is so sickening! Give me something that works for more than 2 years...even if it is plain looking.(not bucket-y, though) 'Cabinetry' now...LOL ... FOR A FIVE FOOT TOMATO PLANT..IMAGINE THE COST 
Or just imagine having to return it for some reason!

After my recent experiences with the Farm Plus and my new 3D Printer, I can quite easily imagine having to return such a large thing, which is pretty much deterring me from thinking about such things in the near future.

Think about it, no return police, no warranty, what if there were missing parts it is not like AG can replace them. ANd lastly, for the amount of time this has been retired it is not much of a discount. |

Those stacking, circular sprout kits work great. You don't want a lot of light, anyway. I grow sprouts of many varieties all the time. After stores stopped carrying them a few years back for several months due to illness caused by "less than sanitary conditions", (ahem), I decided to just grow my own. I grow a few different types at the same time. This is the kit I bought in 2015 - smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004JBB7AS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1These are my favorite sprouts - smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001W2W2Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1I wouldn't want a lot of moisture from large gardens close to sheetrock, even screwed into studs. At the least it might cause moisture damage and the worst, you might get black mold growing inside the walls. It's shocking how little moisture it takes to start mold. |

Thank you. I almost exclusively use John William Waterhouse paintings for my avatars across the net. He's in my top 5 artists of all time. I'm especially fond of the Pre-Raphaelites, and I love his work in this style. This one is The Soul of the Rose, done in 1908.

That sounds like something interesting to grow and eat. I would seriously throw them in every sandwich and wrap. I read somewhere that you could develop bacterial issues if you don’t do it right. Or something like that. I know nothing about it. |

Oh yes, people were getting sick on sprouts because they they were grown exposed to human feces (e coli). Growing them yourself removes this issue, assuming you wash after using the facilities and don't um...mix in extras as fertilizer. Montezuma's revenge, so to speak.
If you wash them well and have used clean, sanitized containers, the risk of salmonella and listeria is much lower than with commercially grown sprouts. The e coli was the real problem that caused them to be pulled from stores.
