Well, unless I just happened to get a FrankenKit, it's a mass producer that's easy to grow. This kit has definitely more than paid for itself, and has been a joy to care for. I'm not sure why people don't like this kit so much, or why they have problems. I didn't fuss over it, other than being concerned that the feeding instructions might be just a bit too generalized, and changing how much, and what I feed. Clearly, my "vast Aerogarden experience" had ZERO to do with it. I hope they continue to do well. I don't know if I'll go another round or not. It depends on how they look after this crop, and if it starts setting buds right away again.

As I keep saying, it's my favorite of all the types of tomatoes, cherry or otherwise, that I've ever tried growing. This is a high-reward kit.

I must have dwarfed mine but they’re producing so I’m happy.

I forgot to take a pic of the massive amount I picked two days ago, (and gobbled up between roasting and snacking), so I thought I'd take a pic of this load. There's at least two cups here, and still lots more almost ready and still green. I love these plants! I don't know how much longer they'll last, but I'm so pleased that they've been so large, tasty and prolific for this long.

Im so thrilled for you that you’ve had such unparalleled success with this garden! Since this was my first larger AG, I'm glad too. Had it been a depressing bust, I might not have obsessed enough to buy two more, (so far). I think I partly got lucky. I will say until the last two years, I've grown at least three different kinds of tomatoes in my greenhouse, and always have amazing success. Tomatoes and I are old friends. I love them like Mike loves his peppers. They make great BLT's, BTW. John, (the hubs), laughed until he was crying watching me halve my cherry toms for a thick sandwich, until I made him one. He said it was the best BLT he'd ever had. That wiped the smirk off his face, LOL. This morning's haul.

I'm thinking of ending this after the rest finish growing and coloring up. They're huge, and I really cant let them get much bigger. I've gotten so many great tomatoes from these plants. I've picked the ripe, there are several almost ripe, and several still green. They're wanting to grow more and add more flowers, but I'd like to start something new. I know it sounds cruel, especially since they've been so giving and lovely. I'm torn, but I do want to do more projects.

You've had them over 5 months and they've really given you a fabulous run, so don't feel guilty. Just do it! Pick the ripening ones, and maybe even some green ones and experiment with fried green cherry tomato halves.

I know how you feel. Great is great, but there's always the next project to look forward to!
