What you don't see is all the new little ones on top.

Very pretty peppers! They're so popular. If you find you love them, I may bump them up on my next pepper planting list.

Today is the start of the sauce. I harvested yesterday. 23 peppers at just over 1 pound. These peppers are on the small side. But, for a jalapeno, they are hot.
For the sauce, I'm adding a dozen habanero peppers, leeks, garlic and ginger. I've filtered the water, set aside the sea salt, washed the dill and cilantro. In eight hours, these items will be processed and set aside to ferment for at least 10 days.
As for the Biker Billy plants, less than 12 hours since harvest and there are all sorts of new blooms.

I am a bit concerned. I haven't seen the bubbles, yet. I opened one and smelled it. It was different. Then I realized the difference was the fresh ginger. I added a little more salt. I hate doing something the first time.

That is how we learn I guess. I am sure it will still taste great.

That’s probably a good idea to add more salt with the warmer weather.

I'm so glad these are doing well for you. The sauce sounds amazing. I'm sure it will ferment just fine. Mike, I'm planning on starting Sweet Heats in the Harvest after the Fairy Gal is done. Should I only start one in the smaller machine?

I grew two in a Classic 7 CFL with no problem. I'm not sure about the Harvest size. I don't own any.

Well the AG "Classic" CFL is actually about an inch wider than the big gardens at 18.5", and the Harvest is only 10.75" W x 7.5" D x 10.5"-17" H. It's pretty smallish. I think Shawn is probably right, only one would fit. The hood extends to 12", but it's not very big.
