I second the 1 plant per Harvest. (Sorry for the off topic Mike!)

I "third" it.
I once tried planting two AG Mini Jalapeno pods in one harvest. Basically, one thrived and killed the other.

I put the last of the full sized Biker Billy peppers on a frozen cheese pizza. There was quite a kick to that pizza. I also got some pepper juice in the eye. There I was with the sprayer in the kitchen hosing down my eye.

I make this more often than I should. I started making these back in the '90s. I modeled them after a "Mexican Pizza" made by a local Mexican Restaurant in the '70s. The original owners sold that restaurant in 1978. I was heartbroken. It was never the same after that. I even make a home made version using my own blended salsa when I have it. But making that blended salsa takes time, and I go through 6 quarts of it in 2 months.

There were a handful of peppers on the 10" plant the first crop. None since. But the hood is at max height so it isn't getting adequate light. But combined so far, I have 58 peppers, mostly from the one plant.
Also, I just had my first surgery. It was no big deal. I didn't even feel the incision. The only pain involved was the 8 or 9 locals they injected. I was fitted for the compression pump leggings and midsection garments. They said I should see significant swelling reduction quite quickly.

I am glad the surgery went well and that you did not feel the incision. Wishing you a speedy recovery and swelling free legs
As for your plant not getting enough light, can you thin out some leaves to give them some more light?

I could, but that would take away from the producing plant. The short plant is 14" from the hood.

I'm definitely growing these more often. Let's not forget the 6 bottles of hot sauce I have left of the 10 that I produced from the first crop.
What you don't see in the picture are the 20 plus small peppers that are above and to the right of the photo.
