Hi Everyone! Did anyone experience graphical glitches on the touchscreen of the AG bounty? Rather odd as nothing else connected on the same power network is having issues Think the unit has to be send back to Amazon...

Have you tried to contact Aerogarden about it? They may warranty it (I am unsure what they do for owners in countries other then USA or Canada). However if you got it from Amazon, see if they will send you a new one out since this is defective. Then send this one back when the new one arrives so there is no disruption.
Being in Europe I do not know how Amazon works there.

Amazon works in a similar way indeed, so I've requested a replacement already. I was just wondering if anyone has seen this issue before..
Contacting Aerogarden is a bit difficult, as they based and primarily focused on the US and Canada. I did send them an e-mail, just to see.. Calling them is impossible as they don't have a European phone number and I don't want to spend a fortune lol

Mine keeps saying it lost power, too. I haven’t noticed anything else, but that’s because 1) it’s on the lowest shelf and I can’t really get down there to see the panel and 2) I stopped paying attention to the panels a long time ago. So I could be having the other problems too but don’t know it.

AG replied to my e-mail, stating that due to a power surge the bounty was damaged. They asked me to file for a replacement at Amazon.
Well, needless to say, the new unit is connected using a power surge protector now.
