I have no idewhen I transplanted these from the seed starter, but they’re looking good after regular pruning and tasty use. Chives, of course, and “Lettuce basil”, which I’m finding I love.

Great looking dill. But did you ever post how the basil lettuce tastes? I can't remember.

The lettuce basil has gotten so big it is nudging the chives over, lol. Time to harvest some outdoor tomatoes and use some of these beautiful leaves.

I’m loving this garden. I’ve been harvesting regularly from it for awhile now. Especially the chives which happily grow so fast. See how they’re already bumpimg up against the lights again.

Gosh I didn’t realize I hadn’t posted on this in so long. Well, this garden has given me much deliciousness over the last couple months. But it is nearing the end. Still robust, but I recently spied one chive trying to bloom. I’ve been topping and topping, they’re just nuts! Look at the base!!

You did get a lot of chives. They were also kept so even. It was very artsy and calming.

Now I know I don’t need 2 gardens with chives if I pack them so densely, lol (I still have another herb garden that has a bunch of chives as well).

All cleaned up today. Free of dead pieces (mostly), and a clean deck free of nute deposit (which got pretty bad). R&R, nutes replaced with mild Flora series 1-1-1, just to experiment.

I partially, kind of, terminated this garden. I terminated the basils, which are behind the chives, and I consolidated 3 of the 4 chives to another garden that also had chives. So this machine is now cleaned and ready for another garden!

I do have some, thanks for offering. They are old though, so if it doesn’t germinate I’ll definitely be asking.
