Today I called and spoke to AG regarding an issue that terapin and mike were having. Since others have Farms I thought I might as well start a thread as a FAQ for them in case others have any issues like these.

I'm at 19 days with no nutrient requests. I looked at the days planted ant the farm says 3. It is still in germination mode, how to fix?
- There could have been a power fluctuation in the area of where the Farm is plugged in and it reset it.
- Make sure your farm is connected to wifi and do a software update. There had been a fix for this in a past update and if you did not do the update that can be the issue.
- Call AG Customer Service if the above does not help.
Low Water Light will not go off?
You will need to lift the cover and in the back of the tank there is an unmarked black cylinder against the wall. This is the water float. Please remove the black cover and make sure it is not stuck. Also on the float there is an up and a down. Make sure it is in its proper position. Sometimes when put together they do not check I guess. |
