This is just a reminder to check those filters in all your machines every month. They can get clogged up with nutes, roots and/or debris and can affect the pump from working properly.
I actually looked at my Bounty and saw it was filled so I grabbed it out, rinsed it off and my pump has more pressure.

I am not very good about this and usually end up finding the filter stuck in a big ball of roots, with no filter at all in front of the pump. Which is probably why I end up replacing so many pumps.

usually end up finding the filter stuck in a big ball of roots, with no filter at all in front of the pump Same! Another reason a brief glance once a month is a good idea. Fortunately I’ve not had to replace pumps, but the roots absconding with the filter does make the pumps less effective.

Just bumping as a reminder to check your machine filters to be sure they are clear of roots and the pump is not clogged.
