I picked 8 red Jalapenos off. This is what is left after Mark popped a few. The color of red is insane. They almost look fake on the plate.  |

Nice looking fruit. But..when I hear jalapeño I think 'hot'. Aren't they too hot for Mark to be chompin' right off the plant?(you know me and my low tolerance for hots).

Christmas ornaments. 
Someday, I want to encase the best looking peppers in plastic, and make them into Christmas ornaments. Put a pepper in between an LED light. I think that would look pretty cool. Perhaps even put an LED light inside a thin wall pepper and give it an eerie glow.

Looking very nice! What variety is this again? My GAL Jalapenos are Jalapeno Ms, whatever that's supposed to turn out to be.

I removed another 7 peppers this morning. I will be sauteing them with onions tonight. I may only use a couple instead of all. I will know better later. We will be grilling some 2" thick New York Strip Steaks and these will go great on top.
