Edit: Have you made mistakes? Would you like to share them here? Ack! Yesterday I realized that my Ultra with the AG Heirloom Pods was unplugged for 5 days.  So I've - Dumped and Refilled - Used only 1/2 strength nutes - Added hydrogen peroxide - Inserted an external pump This is what it looks like today:  Will my babies make it? Your thoughts? |

I just did that and noticed after 4 days, however mine were not as advanced as yours.

They’re young, vibrant and strong. Unlike me. Tee hee. Your having wisely removed those leaves (I wouldn’t have thought of that) they’ll likely be fine.

While "gardening" this morning, I noticed that two of my white AG Classic 7s had pods that weren't thriving.
While doing an R&R, I realized that one unit uses a water pump (the kind that's used on most of the more current AGs), while the other uses an air pump (with an air stone).
I had switched them -- I put each bowl on the wrong stand, so neither garden got any aeration.

Speaking of mistakes, I just made a major goof on this board. So sorry! I love how this forum is so helpful and supportive. *Fizzies: Some flavored AlkaSeltzer-like tabs that we kids dropped into water to make our own soft drinks. I hope that they were discontinued soon after their popularity "bubbled." |
