MaryL, that is sure a lovely salad. It looks good to me. What better then all fresh ingredients. Kudos to you, YUM!

It may be partially wishful thinking, but I also think there are more nutrients in our home grown, especially hydroponic, edibles.

Already much regrowth on the lettuce, except the left pod seems weird. Much smaller, and the old parts immediately became mottled.   |

Yup same lettuce. I harvested it all last night but discarded the yield from the small pod. It was just not healthy looking. The rest tasted fine. Since I didn’t have much I mixed it with the endive I had started in the AG and transplanted outside. And I mixed in a little store bought romaine to balance the bitterness of the endive.
