Not sure where this "post" should fit...so I'm putting it here. The new Farm 24XL will be assembled tomorrow. We are going to time it. Personal best, kind of thing.

Okay...imagine the theme song to Apocalypse Now playing...and, ta-da: Probably was not a personal best on build time, we got side-tracked with jostling things around the room. But, it is done & hooked up to wi-fi too. It gave me a hiccup on the wi-fi, but once I found a place to tell it to generate the barcode, it was smooth sailing.

No wonder they call it a Farm! LOL...yep, it is a big one. After we were finished, Mikey asked if I had enough Farms now, with 4 total, or is there another sale? I told him this one's name is FarmXL1. But since I've run out of room, the next one goes on your side of the bed. That's our joke, for when things are getting a tad crowded. Now, I do have a house picked out that has several options for Garden Rooms...

Lol if I ever get a chance to move a garden room is going to be at the top of the list of things to consider before buying!! Right after fence type and yard size, because the dogs spend far more time at home than I do!

I'm with you on that! Although, fencing isn't a huge issue...unless they don't allow it...that would be a problem. Up here, so many people have no fence at all. But, they have dogs and cats too! There's this one corner house, no fence and they have a pool in the backyard! That would worry me! Kids, critters, etc.

My concern is more that I'm gone for a good 13-14 hours on the days I work, which is a bit long to expect a dog to "hold it". So a fenced back yard and doggy door is a MUST for any house I live in. And it totally blows my mind that someone has no fence with a pool in the yard!! Where's the privacy?! D:

Too funny!
maskedsonnet , I didn't want this place when we bought it because I thought it was too big for a retired couple. But Ron wanted it. Now I have it crammed with 13 Aerogardens and ever increasing hydroponic stuff.
I just bought two more room dividers to section off indoor garden areas because the lights bother me.
It's getting pretty crowded in here!

Depending on the views and/or proximity to other people, would impact choices on the kind of fence. My dogs are vertically challenged, so it doesn't need to be a very tall fence...LOL. Just Corgi-safe.

Oh, flydiva, I've done that already. Where I can...there's only one wall in the room that can accommodate. Well, only one that won't put the growing bowl in the window.... scroll down on this link. But thanks for the suggestion! I might, and that's a big MIGHT, be able to sneak in some kind of a Farm 12 and stack that, but it would get silly-crowded! New house is easier!

But Iβm trying to curb my appetite. I need to stop buying. Plus this is getting out of control. I donβt want to do anything else but sit in front of my garden doodling with them.π€¦πΎββοΈ
