There is 1 other option to lengthen your syringe. Get some cheap fish tank air line. $1.88 at Wally world.

I use it because I already have fish tanks so had the line already. It is flexible but will stay straight for several inches, I use it on the liter AG nutes , the 3 part flora series and, cal-mag.

This is how it looked 12 days ago after pruning:

The latest crop of cherry tomatoes are really large, probably because the plant wasn't having to support so much foliage;

Today I terminated the tomato plant, at 456 days! It was still producing tomatoes, but many of them were tiny--the size of your little finger tip. I think that it was finally running out of energy.

Also, it was dropping lots of blooms and only producing new blooms right under or above the lights. This was my best-ever Veranda Red, because the tomatoes had a very intense, sweet flavor.
