I had remembered your review which is why I roasted them, to concentrate the sugar and make them better. But what’s funny is I tasted 1 alone (and only 1) and it tasted acidic to me. But so do my herbs. So who knows. As I’ve said before, it may be because I’m forced to use distilled water which maybe throws things off, taste wise.🤷♀️

I dunno. I use distilled and my toms are quite sweet, and herbs are yummy...so far. Maybe it's just the type of tomato and herb?

This particular tomato kit gets wildly mixed reviews. Many folks do not like the flavor at all, so I was wary, and it’s why I didn’t even try to eat them uncooked. But the kit still had so much appeal to me because the plants are so cute and prolific. I had to try it. I’m glad I did, and would grow again. Just keeping in mind the limitations.
