Have you considered Bacterial Leaf Spot? I would harvest the peppers now and separate that plant from the healthy one and try to save the good one if it isn't finished producing). It doesn't appear to be a bug because there are no signs of munching. My guess would be the common Bell Pepper Leaf Spot Disease. Or perhaps the plant is just telling you it's finished. But that spotted leaf(I can see more starting) and the suddenly shriveling pepper scream 'diseased'.

One day I was picking some sick looking leaves off the plant and the next day all the leaves began to droop. Last night I did exactly what you suggested. I harvested the fruit and removed the plant. I also gave the bowl and rinse and refill. There are no new blossoms on the remaining plant so it may be finished, I’ll give a few days to see what happens. Thanks!

It’s been a while but we’re still here! After removing the sick plant there were a few days without any activity but the plant has rebounded. Maybe it’s happy that it got rid of the competition! There are plenty of flowers and a good amount of fruit growing. The leaves are curled but as long as the fruit is growing I’m not worried. 391 days since planting!!!

Lookin' good.
Say, does anybody know of Mini bell peppers??? Any such thing? I buy the smallest ones I can find and still have to throw about the last 1/3 away. I'm looking for small peppers.

These peppers don’t get as big as supermarket or even outside garden peppers. They’re the standard AG bell pepper kit. Try it!
